Unless you happen to find a sale somewhere else, and you actualy want to hold the one you want in your hand before you buy it, I would say wal-mart, They have a big selection, and you can compare them, I saw a 5 megapixel there for like, 87 dollars or something. And they have layaway, if you dont quite have enough for the one you really want. I hate buying stuff online, personaly, cause you are just taking someones word for it. I want to actually hold it before I buy it, but thats just me.

Check your local sunday newspaper sale section. places like your local electronics stores and office supply stores usually have pretty good sales.
Also you could try shopping around in your local pawn shop. good deals could be found there as well.
And if all else fails....try shopping on line at some of the auction sites.

I'd have to agree with the first answerer that that is one of the cheap places. But mostly I look through http://www.newegg.com for cheap cameras.

Ebay, there's a ton of different styles, sizes, prices, and it's safe to buy.

I got mine at Walmart. You can even put one on layaway so you know what your money is going towards, and that it will be there when you have all the $$.
