I love nicole richie and I want be as skinny as her

~First of all, do you have her bone structure? If not, see an orthopedic surgeon and if your bones are larger than hers, have your bones surgically made thinner.

Then, take daily injections of fortified sheep's urine (very, very expensive & sent over here from Switzerland).

Then follow the diet plan:

For the first week, you have to eat only water based foods (clear liquids, oysters, clams, seaweed, lamb's urine and any kind of lettuces and radishes).

Then, for the next two weeks, eat nothing but soups made with a clear base with any kind of vegetables (no cream soups).

For the fourth week you can eat any kind of fish or shellfish, sea urchin, any kind of summer squash and buttermilk.

Finally, you must reduce your brain size to a pea, exactly like hers.

The other option is to just recognize that you are fine the way you are and stop trying to imitate other people. Enjoy what is unique about yourself and maybe others will want to copy you.

First of all she is too skinny, and the way she got that way is unhealthy. If you feel that you need to lose a little weight eat healthy and exercise, but if you feel that you need to look as skinny as Nicole you should talk to someone that you trust and try and get some help. When people think that they have to be that skinny to look beautiful it is a mental condition called Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), and you should get some help.

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. first consider if your body can even get down to that size...nicole is about 5'2"...and has tiny bones...

lots of water....extreme portion control...exercise is the only realistic way...

she most likely did if thru deprivation of food and lots of water...not healthy but effective...

be careful. once u do lose the weight you have to continue to keep up the whole thing to not gain the weight back which could lead to unhealthy patterns of eating and eventually to an eatind disorder...

and all of you who are belittling her for asking a question-realize that at least sh'e honest enough to ask for advice. be supportive and realistic.

i normaly hate when people are mean in answering questions, but that is one of the more stupid questions i've ever read on here. Either you are just fishing for complements and trying to get people to tell you that your skinny and dont need to lose weight, or there is something seriously wrong with you if you really wanna look like that, or you just being stupid and wasting points on asking stupid questions.

Don't starve yourself! Your metabolism will slow down and your body will store everything. Eat at least 1200 calories a day, lots of water, and exercise, exercise, exercise.

she's anorexic.. she claims she isn't, but good lord she looks like a skeleton.. you really want to be like her??

Trust me, ALL guys like meat on the bones, not just bones.. shoot for Beyonce' or someone more healthy looking..
