I've had a sealed bottle for 8 years.

As long as it's sealed, it'll stay good, but not "age"

However, once you open the bottle, the subtle tequila flavors will start to oxidize and will eventually be lost. If it's any good, don't hoarde it because it won't stay as good for very long.

Unlike wine, not in a sealed bottle. Any alcohol such as brandy, scotch, bourbon, or even tequila that was originally aged in barrels can improve with age, but it is only in cask that they do so. Once bottled, done.

Not in the bottle for sure, what are you waiting for? drink it...

According to some tequila will be better after aging, but this is in a barrel, I like tequila to taste like tequila so not much aging please.

Air is the only thing that would cause it to get worse, and since it is sealed.. keep it and enjoy it when you're done keeping it. I keep mine in the freezer after opening.
