it's summertime. in the summertime, you lose a lot of hair, that's everybody. but if you're really worried about it, get some strengthening shampoo & conditioner, see if that works. i'm no professional, just it's a suggestion. also try hydrating shampoo & conditioner, because if you're hair is really dry it will break easier.

I have that very same problem. My hair doesn't look thin or anything, but I seem to be dropping hair constantly. I recommend having a lint roller in your bathroom, in the car and at work. I roll myself atleast once a day - especially if I just got done blow drying and doing my hair. Lintless, hairless clothes make you look sharp, too. Also, I found that when I was younger if I had my hair in a pony tail it would be pulled out easier.
A monthly deep conditioner and bi-monthly trims will keep your hair from splitting up to the root, which is also a leading cause of shedding.

I had this exact same problem and my stylist told me that for some people they shed most at some point in the year and to not be alarmed cause it will run its course. She recommended getting a soft bristle brush and gently brushing my scalp with it before going to sleep. It will stimulate the hair follicles and keep them healthy. As long as it's coming out with the root attached it's okay, but if the hairs are broken your hair is overdry and you need a better conditioner. Don't worry cause mine eventually slowed down and so will yours.

My hairdresser told me its normal to lose 700 strands of hair or more everyday. I found it hard to believe because if you lose that much a day wouldn't you be bald by the end of the month? But I looked it up online and it is true. If you think your losing more than that it could be an improper diet. Make sure your getting enough veggies and protien... chicken, pork, beef. And take a multi vitamin everyday, that will help alot. Hope this helps you

We lose 80 to 100 hairs a day. If your hair is longer, that can seem like an awful lot of hair. Don't worry. Its normal. Unless you are very noticeably thinning or finding bald patches its nothing to be concerned over.
