Is there an organisation in Nairobi that helps Deaf refugees get ressettlement to a third country?

Many Deaf refugees are being discriminated by the UNHCR in Nairobi which does not even have a sign language interpreter.

Maybe you could get in touch with the Nairobian consulate (or somebody in that field) and nose around.
