you want to eat alot of carbohydrates .. they are very full of energy and they stay with you so that the energy is realeased through out the day....as well as things such as nuts, or dehydrated fruit (raisins, banana chips etc.) These are very dense in calories so they will give you the energy you need when your at work. jsut kepe them on hand.. and above all.. LOTS of water! you should have 8- 8oz. glasses a day minimum... but in a job like yours... you can't get enough i'm sure! i keep a 750ml. water bottle with me all the time, and thats equivilant to 3 glasses... so fill something big liek that, adn you'll be set to go!

Fruit, it holds water and sugar. It will help prevent dehydration and give you a boost of energy. If it's real hot out, drink water water water, you can never have too much in that type of heat.

Berries have the best long lasting energy, Banana/pasta/whole-grain bred is good for quick short-trm energy. Nuts are pretty good too. Drinka LOT of water...dehydration causes fatigue
