It is pure chemicals, no brainfood and the kids who used to come into the library where I worked lived off of them. No wonder many of them had awful grades. One night after work I went into the gas station which was their "candy store" and saw the chips racks were completely empty... and they had MANY racks. I asked the owner if they really eat that much everyday and he said yes and showed me his storeroom which had piles and crates and stacks of Hot Fries, his best selling product just waiting for daily restocking. I used to tell the kids if they couldn't pronounce the ingredients on their food, they shouldn't be eating it. Bad stuff if you have more than a couple bags a week. They ate them for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I am not really sure. I think it is just a fad. My daughter is 16 and she kills them. I think if enough people starting eating pringles or cheese puffs, the teens would start eating them. It is just a phase.
