Definately NOT!, you shouldn't feel quilty, because the fact that you are a citizen doesnt take away your culture and you shouldnt have to let go of the roots of your nationality. Citizenship is only a status that allows you to vote and to be able to answer "no" when you get asked if you have a green card and see the look on their faces.. HAHAHA...

This is but one of the many problems in this country. Come to the USA and never put anything in just take. Americans that are second or third or more generations in this country are being forced to support the growing problem of immigrants that only want. I'm sure if your feeling like a sellout than after you get your education on the American taxpayers you will be heading back to your own country. Part of the problem for the taxpayer of this country are people like Mel Martinez who get into office and then he gets laws put in place to pander to his (Cuban)constituents. This along with giving Social Security Checks to 65 yo immigrants who have never paid a dime into the system is why you may soon see a very deadly backlash against the whole immigration policy in this country.

Should you be guilty of bettering your life? making the most of a bad situation? You can always get a good education and use your knowledge you have learned to make your country a better place to live. Don't feel guilty about it, i wouldn't.

Only if you became a citizen to suck on the teet that is our generosity.

Since it appears you did sell out just to get freebies, then you should be ashamed. Now piss off back to your own country.

Don't become a citizen for the 'stuff' please. Become a citizen if you consider this your country, rather than another.
