I’m from Brazil, and I’d like to know if in your country you know a salad with the following ingredients: chicken, corn, carrot, ham in littlies cubs, haricot bean, dried grape and a sauce of milk cream and spices. Here in Brazil it’s knows as “Salpicão de Frango”. Thank you. I want to know its origin

1 peito de frango cozido
- 1 maço de salsão
- 1/2 quilo de batatas cozidas
- 2 cenouras
- 1 cebola
- 1/2 xícara (chá) de azeite
- suco de limão
- 1 xícara (chá) de maionese
- 1 lata de creme de leite sem soro
- sal e pimenta à gosto
- 200g de batata palha
MODO DE FAZER
Em um recipiente coloque as batatas cozidas e picadas, o frango cozido e desfiado, o salsão, as cenouras raladas, a cebola, sal, pimenta, azeite, suco de limão, maionese e o creme de leite sem soro. Misture para se agregarem. Junte a batata palha (reserve um pouco) e mexa. Decore com a batata palha reservada.

it's not English! But I love your black bean dish with bacon and onions...forgotten what it's called. Tried making it here but the black beans arn't the same.
Also liked the layered giant party sandwich:- different fillings in between bread - maybe 10 or more slices high, then pressed down overnight and covered in a white (was it cheese?) sauce.
