Depends on two things:
1) What desserts are on the menu;
2) Which of those desserts most appeals to you.
I always look for Strawberry Shortcake -- if they have it, I'm on it!

if I get what my heart desires it is always the cheesecake - if it's chocolate cheesecake even better.
Most of the time I don't get dessert though =(
