Normally, I will recieve a stamp on the passport. However, since I am using a greencard to go in/out of America, all the proves were scanned into the computer system. I don't know which authority is keeping the data. Can anyone tell me the authority/department that I can ask for the prove?

They should have the proof, since they scanned the greencard. But if someone is asking for proof, you could contact the airlines, they may be able to give you something more than the ticket stub.
