31st december is best answer... so that u will be one year young...

It has to be January 1st....not only because 12.00 midnight is the commencement of next day, but there is a belief among all that our scriptures tell us to see every new thing as the next good thing. Never consider the past moment in any perspective, as there may not be all good things....but if you consider the fututre is dazzling with new hopes, then have your concentration always on "next" thing... so coping with this belief, I think it has always been a great idea to think 12.00 midnight as the start of new day...new hope...and new life....for the new born lovely baby.

Dec 31st ends with 11:59:59 PM. Once it hits 12:00:00 AM, then it's the new day, and therefore January 1st.

Jan 1st be cause midnight is the first minute of the new day. If we didn't we'd all be dropping the ball at 12:01 instead of 12:00 to celebrate.

My friend was born like that on Jan 1st 1990 but she's considered 17 now not 16. Err how do I explain. Like she's 1 yr older than me but actually she's not. She's in the same class/level as the ppl who were born on 1989.

If born precisely at 12 night, and not 11:fifty 9:fifty 9:fifty 9 or 12:00:00:01 then they could be born neither on sooner or later or the different yet between them. the possibilities of this happening however are 4.22*10^-3 % or much less (odds of being born at any given millisecond (one million/one hundred seconds))
