You want to lose height? Why would you want to be shorter?
I know women who lost height b/c they didn't take vitamins/calcium while pregnant and nusring. The baby took the nutrients, and the woman's body responded by taking them from the spine.
One woman lost nearly an inch in height.
You could try that.

Try looking around online for some motivational stories. Usually the best one's involve a survival from a deadly cancer and such.
If it's a weight issue, try setting yourself a daily goal each day. And then a weekly goal. and finally a monthly goal. Weight loss does not happen overnight, unless you're really ill. You have to be consistent. You may not even notice anything until 2-3 months down the road, but you have to stick to it. The results will be there if you want it bad enough. Do you?

None of those are questions. This one works for the biggy shorties though. Just keep on saying to yourself, "Smack that A, work that A." Then, smack that fat A and work that A. Then do them both at the same time. Then the kicker. "Kick that A!" Oh, and it may also help to get off that A and stop hoping someone else will solve a problem that is completely dependant on you and other outside factors.

the best motivation for weight loss is to buy a really cute pair of jeans...or a dress or something that you cant fit into. Hang it on your bedroom door and look at it every day. OR put a pic of a fat chick in a bikini on your fridge!!

I am assuming your'e overweight right? well here it goes ...first of all strip naked and stand in front of a full length mirror..like what you see ?? if no then change some things like eating habits , increase your excersise...next do you have kids? then realize the long term effects on both you and your children ... your poor eating habit 's will not help your longevity or your children to make good choices about eating...your could give yourself heart disease, diabetes, poor circulation... Hope This helps !! GOOD LUCK

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be successful at losing weight than individuals who don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as fairly sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy all the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to enjoy out or order in.

Eat goats cheese as an alternative to regular cheese. It contains 40 percent fewer calories than the cheese made out of cow’s milk.
