I want to kill myself. Do you have any reason for me to give up?

JK! Dont kill yourself. You are most likely going to do something productive in your life, it just sucks right now. Everyone has bad times. Some have REALLY bad times. There is no reason to kill yourself. Unless you've molested a child or something relative, then, I'd have to go along with you. But, I dont think you did, so think about this; Your parents. I don't know how old you are, but let me tell you something, no pain you have could compare to the pain of losing a child! It is the ultimate devastation. If you are needing help, there are hotlines with trained councelors to talk to. People who will listen. I know parents can blow off their kids, not taking them seriously, or not understanding the problem. So, thats why these hotlines exist. If you're feeling better, great! If not, get off this computer, and get on the phone! Love you sister!

No one can stop you from doing anything you decide you really want to do. I would just say to you that there is no "grand escape" that killing yourself will give you.

There are some who theorize that when you kill yourself, you get sent right back to the beginning and have to start your whole life over again! Do not pass Go, do not collect $200! You don't get to start with all the knowledge you have today, you start again, with nothing.

Do you really want to risk having to relive everything you're trying to escape now? When you have a much better chance of just living through it and moving forward with life now.

I'm not going to try to convince you, but I hope that you will not do it.

No. If you want to then there is nothing anyone can do. You should not lsiten to people who give you religious, or "those around you" will miss you advise. The truth is that you DO NOT want to kill yourself, if you did then you would not be here. This is merely a cry for help and attention. The truth is that you should NOT keep yourself alive for anyone but for yourself! You should stay alive because you WANT to, you want the freedom and passion of life, the good and the bad. The cool breeze going through your hair. That is why, do it for you because YOU want to fight.

Killing yourself is murder and murderers go to hell which is much worse than anything here. Anything you do while you're alive you can be forgiven for, once you're dead it's over. You can't undo it.

Also, looking back over 47 years of life. There were many things that happened in my life that were very traumatic at the time and periods of time when I was very unhappy and thought I'd always be that way. But I wasn't. As time passes by all those terrible, horrible things became things of the past that really don't affect me anymore. Think of things that were such a big deal a couple of years ago or longer. They aren't such big deals now are they? Whatever is going on now won't be such a big deal further on in the future.

Also, death isn't the end of life. We go on for eternity. We will go on for eternity in heaven or hell. I wouldn't want everlasting life in hell. I'd much rather have it in heaven. Wouldn't you?

I mean we don't know what is going to happen tomorrow and what if all your dreams come true. What if that one person with the right answer is waiting for you there? I can't imagine anything to be so bad as to want to kill yourself. Take a step back and look at yourself. Is that really want you want? You could easily make a thousand friends here on yahoo or myspace or wherever! Thats reason enough there not to.

It is wrong to kill even yourself, for we do not own our bodies God owns it.. You will have to stand before Him, and answer for what you have done, so be sure of what you do.
If you have no further use for your life, give it to God, ask Him to take it over, and have Christ give you a new life. I once felt like you and, God took my life and made it new. Give it a try, what do you have to lose? You are special in God's eyes He loves you very much and awaits your request for help and fellowship.

wanting to kill yourself is a fleeting thought for the moment when things just get too difficult to deal with ...
knowing that it wont always be that way helps .. learning from others who have been to the bottom and got back up again only to find that life isn't so bad .. and in some cases life is brilliant once they have worked on the issues surrounding them
have a search on line for people who have been there and got through it .. learn from real people that life isn't as bad as we think it is when we are at our lowest

i read somewhere that its okay for people to have those thoughts. whats not okay, however, is following through with that.
something like that. i forget. but please dont kill yourself.

honestly, now that im giving my advice, i would feel horrible if you committed suicide. i would feel like my advice wasnt good enough and that it was my fault you killed yourself. honestly.
so if making an innocent person go insane isnt enough to make you stop, think about this. isnt there at least one person, other than me, that cares about you (like a friend, family member, significant other, pet, uhm alien, etc.)? i promise you there is.

you should also think about why you think about this. hmm... relationship trouble, family problems, fight with friends, etc. is it really worth ending your life because not everything is perfect right now? lets face it hun, no one's life is perfect. everyone has something they would love to change about themselves, or their life.

im sure you will get through whatever is making you consider suicide, but a physciatrist (sp?) is probably a good idea. they'll help you a lot.

Surely you don't need us to give you a valid reason to top yourself, we don't know you.
