What's the difference between clarifying shampoo and normal shampoo?

Clarifying shampoo gets rid of all the residue buildup from regular shampoos. It is good to use it every now and then.

when u get build up on your hair from chlorine or hard water clarifying shampoo will remove the build up. you should not use it on colored hair though it will strip the color. someone once told that baby shampoo is close to clarifying shampoo but i am not sure thats true
