Fish oil is very good for you- it's Omega 3's which your body needs and can't produce on it's own. Coconut oil is not good for you- avoid saturated fats and trans fats. If you're going to do anything with the coconut oil try rubbing it on your skin.

NO oil drinking unless your needing to take a dump........Vitamins can help with your skin ,and lotions applied to yous skin, less exposure to the sun can help, your hair on the other hand can be treated with conditioners ,hot oils, and even mayo just be sure to wash it out or you'll have a oily mess.....Dying your hair will dry it out chlorine from swimming pools.and over use of hair dryer will to .Hope this helps

Try going to the health food store and getting fish oil in capsules or flax seed oil. These have Omega 3s or something like that which is missing our of our diets and our bodies are in need of it.

No do not drink any oil! It could make you extememly ill.

However, 10W-30 lightly (I mean lightly) applied directly to the hair may have your intended effect.
