We all know you want to rule the world with your Hadiths and jihad, but do you honestly think you people will ever impose your Islamic law on us?

Tariq committs taqiya (Islam doctrine of allowed lying). Its funny though that he claims to be the spokesperson for "all" muslims by saying that its not "our" intention.

If he were more honest as opposed to Islamic he might say "not all muslims believe in taking the world over and enforcing Islamic law." Of course, even that is questionable.

Of course, most people have been made to think that all the terrorism and suicide bombings are because of religious fanaticism, but a recent book by an American professor has discovered that the main causes of the terror campaigns is not just the desire to protect our religion but anger at the way predominantly Muslim countries are being attacked: Bosnia-Herzagovina, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine are all examples or anger at the way others are being threatened, Iran and Syria for example. Another part of the anger comes from the failure of western governments to protest about the deaths of so many innocent Muslims. And there is also the fact that non-Muslim forces are being stationed in Saudi Arabia which is to us our Holy Land. One cannot help noticing that Christians countires and Israel react with excessive anger and brutal force whenever their countries are attacked, so understanding that will help you understand the anger of Muslims.

In answer to your specific question, Islam does not impose itself on anyone and never has. The Arab conquests in the 7th and 8th centuries brought Islam but never imposed it. If you read the history of Spain under the Moors, for example. You obviously know just a little about Islam from the comment beneath your question. The prophet, Muhammad (pbuh) instructed us to respect people of other faiths. That is a direct instruction, so you can take it that Muslims would not think of imposing their law upon non-Muslims.
But why don't you find out what Islam is really about? You will find it all very welcoming and not at all the way the press and media portray it. Go on, at least it won't hurt you.

There is not even Islamic Law in Muslim lands so how are we going to dominate the planet. The Shariah is not enforced at all in countries that are majority Muslim. Turkey baned the Hijab for women and all the rest of leaders of countries are complete secular dictators (Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan). So we cannot jump into saying we want to dominate the planet with Shariah.

Y'know this muslim crap is really pissing me off. Its about time we stopped being politically correct and take back the freedom to speak our minds. There is no need to be rude or violent, but Islam is getting out of control and the reason it is becoming a menace is that our governments have told us that we would be guilty of hate crime if we speak our minds and protest against muslims (or christians or jews or jehovahs or mormons). It is ridiculous that these archaic religious primitives who would haul us back to 1st century living and rid the world of its modernity have more rights than those who fought for freedom and democratic civilisations.

Oh, and as for muslims who say terrorism is giving islam a bad name - what exactly are you doing to distance yourselves from these extremist bastards - I dont see no muslim freedom parades shouting fatwa or jihaad to the terrorist factions.

When Jesus (peace be upon him) come back, he will not be a Christian but a Muslim. He will follow the final messenger of God, Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the final revelation, Qur'an. The whole world will be under one umbrella which is Islam. You and me may not live that long, but this will happen one day before the universe come to an end, insha Allah.

frankly, I don't think that's the teaching of koran. In one the the verse it even stated that if a non-believer were to come to your tent , make sure he has your food and keep him warm.

You see my friend all religons teaches us good, they will never want us to go kill someboby. So as much as I understand your anger in you so do I. at times, I ask myself why can't there be peace in this world? Why is all the killing in the name of what ever god?

The answer my friend lies in the hand of humans. THAT'S US!

By the way, I am not a Muslim, I am a buddist and at times it still disturd me about the bombing of temple and killing of monk or children by the extremist in Thailand.

Lastly, I strongly believe that majority of the muslim believers are peace loving people.

Best Regards,

Allan Lai

We have no doubts. Islam doesn't need fight to spread but to defend its followers. Islam has internal power that will make it prevail and this is self evident as you can see today in spite of all the western efforts to stop it but they fail and it is the fastest growing religion ever.
Just see for your self what this British feminist said about Islam and depicting both the state of ignorance and knowledge in knowing Islam and hence taking decision about it.

i am not a muslim, i'm british. we of the "western world" can make our own decisions about what religion we r and we wont be persuaded to convert to islam by stupid terrorists, u dont get anywhere by killing yourself and lots of innocent ppl, if u want to be heard y not protest outside number 10?
y cant muslims believe what they believe and we believe what we want 2 believe and that be that? there's no need 4 the killing and terror. dont all religions paint a picture of peace & harmony?
