I called toy's r us up and they told me I would have to call the place that made it since I no longer have my receit. Does anyone know who I am suppose to contact for this?

The diaper bag is not made by Disney, the characters are licensed by Disney. You would have to look for a tag inside the bag to find out who made it and contact them directly, not Disney. If you can't find a tag in the bag, does the store still carry the same bag, you can find out who made it by looking at the bag in the store.

TRU is not part of Amazon any longer.

disney.com will just tell you to call the manufacturer as they didn't make the diaper bag you bought.

The bag was either made by Dolly, Inc or Bag Bazaar according to the only Disney bags shown on TRU.com, if it's a bag other than what is on the website, you need to see the store or check for the tag.

Well on the inside of the bag there should be a tag that has the washing instructons, confirm that you followed those directions. That tag may also have information on who to contact. If it doens't and you followed the washing instructions try going to the disney store website or toysrus website or store to get info on where it was made and who to contact.

Unless you have your proof of purchase (I know.. who keeps that kind of stuff for a diaper bag??) there is not much customer service will do for you either.

If you just want to complain.. all I can tell you is try running a search on the internet.

Just because it has Disney Characters depicted on the bag doesn't mean that Disney manufactured it. Look on the item to see if you find a manufacturer name. My bet is that it was not Disney Co.

I'm not going to get involved in the merits of your dispute, but here's the info you asked for. (And BTW, if you're really angry, then buy one share of Disney Co. stock, attend their annual meeting, and sound off to the CEO! That's what serious complainers do, and it does work. Sometimes.)

I would try at another toysrus. Since you bought it from them, they should be handling the problem, if not at least giving you some numbers where you can call. If not, go to the "better business bureau" website. It explains how you can file a complaint.

Go to http://www.hiddenmickeys.org/Contacts.html

This site lists different contact numbers for the Disney organization.

Go to Amazon.com (who now is partnered with TRU) and see if they have the bag on the website. It should tell you the manufacturer's name.
