Vomiting, not eating and/drinking, lethargy are symptoms of an illness and no one here can diagnose your dogs illness without seeing your dog, not even a vet.

There are too many things that it could be and without seeing your dog and knowing your dogs history. Some things could be minor and some extremely serious.

Is she up to date on her vacs?
How long has she been sick?
Did you change her diet suddenly?
Could she have eaten anything poisionous or spoiled?
How old is she?
Has she recently been in heat?
Does she chew up things...sticks, clothing..rocks?

The very best advice that anyone online could give you would be to take your dog to a vet before she gets any worse.

If you want to save your dog from dying a slow, painful death, take her to the vet ASAP! Lethargic? Vomiting? You have a dehydrated dying dog on your hands and you need to get her medical attention ASAP with fluids and meds.

How could ANYONE possibly want to use a home remedy on a sick pet when you don't know what she is sick from?? Poison? Viral Infection? If you don't love your dog enough to take her for medical attention, bring her to a shelter and relinquish your rights as a pet owner and never own pets again. They are a responsibility that you don't sound like you can handle.

there is no "home" remedy for that...i know animals can be very expensive and most people cant afford to take an animal to the vet for every little thing, but it a dog is vomitting, not eating or drinking they will dehydrate and could die. That is very serious and needs to be looked at right away!

my dog got sick like you're saying your dog got sick. the vet told me he most likely got into some type of poison. Well, my dog almost died and was at the vets for 7 days, they had to put him on medications, he was hooked up to an IV, that was the worst 7 days of my life. I went everyday, several times a day to let him know i didn't abandon him and to make sure they were treating him right. I'm so glad i took him to the vet before it was too late. TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE VET!

My dog has done this before, it sounds like your dog has a little bit of gastrointitis (inflamation in the stomach) make sure you never feed your dog table food, it can do this, or if your dog got ahold of something on its on.. you could use some pepto bismol for your dogs nausea also rub your dogs tummy and sides to see if it is uncomfortable or in pain.. You need to get food that digest easily for a week or so. this is what the vet did in my dogs case. If you notice any blood in your dogs fecal matter, make sure you call your vet.

Sounds that your dog got a Varpo Virus disease. Its a deadly disease. Just give your dog Vitamin B12 like in Neurobion, and a spoonful of bacterium. And give your dog some milk ( not much but often ) you can use pipet (some kind of small plastic or glass pipe to push some liquid food or medicine). Just make the milk through in right into her throat. You must be patient and give a lot af affection to her. Let her know that you love her. It can help her to bring her spirit back. Get Well Soon 4 your dog.

It could be a lot of different things. She needs to be seen by a vet so she can get the proper medication.

i would take her to the vet if it got any worse. but for now my grandma used to give her dogs just a tiny bit of crnnyberry juice for throwing up and feed her some bread. it will soak up the virus and the crannberry juice will help it come out a better way. she is probably not doing much because she dosen't feel good.
