Puppys can tinkle a little when they get excited. Just like small children have accidents, so can pups. She'll grow out of it.

this Q is way too vague to ans:
could be health prob [UTi],
age [many tinies piddle as 'submissive body lang', & NO, SMACKING THEM DOES NOT HELP - is that clear!?],
temperament [shy/timid - SEE PRIOR, Do NOT YELL, SMACK, SCOLD, or OTHERWISE BLAME THE PUP - got that, honey?],
or simply her bladder sphincter isn't developed yet - pups have NO Muscle to hold the bladder SHUT until they are 12 weeks old!! that's 3 whole months...
NOW do U see what trainers beg ppl -Not- to bring home that puppy 'early'?! pup -Must- be scheduled until 12 to 14 wks, >Then< U can BEGIN house-training.
=======================
No pup should =ever!= leave dam/sibs b4 56 days/8 wks, MiniMum - no 'what-if's, no buts, no 'they're So Cuuuute...'
what, they suddenly get ugly at 8 wks? let the baby grow, be safe, & learn from mom & sibs. =then= bring 'em home!

As a puppy it could just be a lack of bladder control. She may not have mastered this.
If she has mastered the potty thing, I use mastred lightly though, it could be an infection.

Take her to your vet and ask. She could have some sort of kidney or bladder condition, and as another responder said, if she's not spayed, it might be her period. Only a vet can diagnose it properly.
