Actually yes... sit with your thumb in the front of your face at an arms length that is in your line of sight with an object further away, say, the other side of the room. Focus your eyes on your thumb and then refocus on the further object without moving your thumb to the side. Do that a dozen times and you will fell your eyes get tired. Everyday you do this, you will notice you can do it more times without your eyes getting tired. This will strengthen your eyes ability to focus... and get plenty of sleep!

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/d5f13

carrots!!! They do not help you see in the dark but contain loads of vitamins that strengthen the eye, though you will need to go get your eyes tested to avoid further damage if you need stronger lenses.

Try The Bates Method (on the web)- used by Aldous Huxley with incredible success. It is a set of exercises to re-train your eye muscles to do what they are meant to do.
also interesting reading is 'The art of seeing' by Aldous Huxley

In the morning, put a warm washcloth on your eyes for a minute or two, then without your glasses focus on objects in the distance without straining your eyes.
