I have been to Iraq once and Afghanistan once. My Wife is in Iraq for her second tour. To say that we have been duped is the understatment of the modern era. The reasons for invading Iraq have all been debunked as lies, or convienent mistruths. 70% of all Soldiers polled just last month believe that Al Qaida was operating in Iraq before 9/11. This has been the biggest scam ever perpetrated on the American people. Osama Bin Laden hates leaders like Saddam Hussein, because of the way he has treated his fellow muslims. On a videotaped interview before 9/11 OBL said that he considered S.H. a mongrel and was digusted by his behaviour. Need I say more?

Dear Sir, have you ever heard the saying " Ours is not to question Why, Ours is but to do or die ". Soldiers follow orders. No, our soldiers are Not being fooled. War is HELL.! Soldiers get killed and mamed during any war.

No, they are not getting killed or MAIMED for any hidden purposes. The reasons we are in the War on Terror were enumerated many times by Bush and the administration and they have never changed over these past 4 years.

As for your misinformed belief that soldiers are stupid, the fact is that people whose lives are on the line have a very strong curiosity about world events - especially when they are the ones that will be deployed there.

Most military people I served with were very knowledgeable on military and world history and kept themselves informed on the current events in the world, especially in hotspots and with our enemies.

You see, as military, we had to know who our enemy was, what equipment they used, what tactics they followed, what their motivations were and what geo-political strategies guided them.

They are well informed and by a great margin support the mission and the president.

They don't need your ignorant condescension.

Yes the U.S. soldiers being fooled by U. S. Government.
And they are being killed and mamed not for the purpose of securing United States, but to put the U.S., and its innocent citizens, in danger, spreading religious and national enemity and hatred and making other nations enemy of United States and its citizens.

Our soldiers know exactly why they are there and the majority of them agree that they are doing the right thing. Remember, they are all volunteers, and many of them volunteer to go back for additional tours of duty.

The presidential elections, particularly in Florida, showed that the anti-war liberals were the ones who tried to void the absentee ballots that were lawfully and patriotically cast by our soldiers.

No one is being fooled. It is not our job as soldiers to question the reason why we are sent to war. We all VOLUNTARILY signed contracts, so it is our obligation to follow through and follow ORDERS. If you were military you would understand this.

A soldier doesn't need a reason. That old saying “theres is not the reason why, there is to do or die” is true.
When one volunteers for the military we agree to go where sent and fight who we are told. It's that simple.

It doesn't matter to a soldier what the reason is.

So following your common sense, the 12 million u . s . a . Veterans of international warfare 2 are brainwashed and believe they in straightforward words fought to serve Franklin Roosevelt. All those courageous men and women folk who served the military in the course of the Korean warfare are brainwashed and believe they in straightforward words fought to serve Harry Truman. What about me and my brothers and sisters who fought in the course of the Vietnam warfare. those we served in Grenda, South us of a, and all those different places the U. S. military has fought. This does comprise desolate tract hurricane. Why have you ever singled out Iraqi Freedom? You look to sense that serving contained in the military is the incorrect ingredient for them to do. all the military and me also, served because we volenteered to guard and shelter the structure of the USA and to stay with the lawful orders of those appointed above us. in straightforward words Congress can declare warfare. The President can ask for one. as quickly because it truly is licensed, the President as Commander in chief supplies the orders to the Secretary of protection and the military does its job. NO solidier needs to bypass to warfare, NO soldier needs to die, and NO soldier must be wounded bodily or mentally. She/he's doing the job for you. in order that that you've the right to ask stupid questions in a public communicate board. in order that that you'll ***** about the President and the warfare. The warfare ends the day Congress cuts off the money or the mission is executed. you're why we wrestle. thanks for reminding the lively duty of why we are there and thanks for reminding us veterans what we did replaced into acceptable. Now why do not you stay out of my way.

We are in a war on terror. (Where were you on 9/11?) Terror still raises it's ugly head all over the world. To say we should or should not be in one area is a misnomer. Terrorism is running rampant through the middle east like a parent-less toddler. We need to be pro-active to keep the fight there and not let the devastation of 9/11 creep back to our great shores.
