an atheist cant enlighten you to why god doesn't exist same as you cant enlighten the atheist
there is no hard evidence either way and for a believer it is faith that keeps them going .. for the atheist it is lack of faith.. or need for something substantial
there is no right or wrong person here but asking each other constantly for proof of god or proof of why there is no god is such a waste of a question in my opinion

I believe He does... You can't prove He doesn't exist Because you have no proof positive that He doesn't...

God is therefore a theory... to deny the existence of Him without proof positive, goes against all scientific principals of probability and possibility

We will all find out right after we die.

I hope for your sake that you are right... I personally believe that I am for believing that He is... that He is mine and I am His, and that He is in and created everything! Strangely enough... even you!

Why is it that you think he does? Because the bible tells you so? There many other religious texts, many far older than your bible that claim different ideas, different gods, different explanations. I put all of these texts into mythology. There are no reasons to believe that your bible is anything more than all of the other religious texts....creations of man. Man created god in his image, not the other way around.
