I do... but I have ADD so... just never for very long! LOL
I do breath meditation mostly because I am a singer and it is part of my warm up when I sing, but it is also meditative and soothing spiritually. Breath is the essence of spirit... Yogi's teach that. It is vital to spiritual enlightenment in some cultures. Not to mention it is great for digestion, oxygination of the blood and body and it feels wonderful. A natural High!

if we do something with all our heart and tought, it can be considered as meditation too....
