I play a lot of sports and I am always active, but I sweat so much. Like not grossly but when other people aren't even sweating my face is like almost dripping with sweat. WHY??? Dehydration, Over Hydrating?? I dont know. Please Help. Sometimes Im sweating even when Im cold. Do underarmour shirts and the like raise your body temp? Would it be simply better to just wear cotton. Could it be my breathing style, or something like that? Help. Please.

Well, first, it's good to sweat. It rids your body of toxins. It may be gross, but the more you sweat the better. Alothough.... my cousin has a sweating disorder. He has sweaty hands and he sweats no matter what he does. Actually, many people have this. Call up you doctor and ask him/her about it. They might want to check you out. Otherwise... I'm always the first one to start sweating at my gym, so I welcome it. It means I have healthy skin.

I wouldn't take sweating alot as a negative. In fact it sounds to me like you are working your own body harder than everyone else, which is a good thing. Stay hydrated, and keep up whatever you are doing now.
