You Italian? Because for those of you who think "brown gravy" are mistaken. The term "gravy" refers to red sauce. Commonly known as "spaghetti sauce' to others.

I had an Italian aunt who always would say "I have a pot of gravy on the stove' and she was referring to her sauce.

Okay, I like pasta with anything almost. Sauce of any kind - from marinara, alfredo, even chili. I haven't ever thought of good old "gravy" though.

Yuck!!!

Pasta needs to be served with a fairly thick sauce to work properly - Thats what I think anyway
