My husband is on LA Weight Loss. There are SO many so I will just give the categories; there are too many products to list. As for the ingredients, you have to buy them to see that...ingredients aren't listed in the book. I have none of the products here as they are at the condo (where hubby lives during the week since he works out of town), not here at our home. When you join, they give you a book that has the product list in it. These are the products:
