when the question is what after B Tech food technology i can understand you want to pursue your studies and postpone your career at the moment. the world is undergoing a revolution in diet and nutrition and even a commoner is aware of diet rich food in whole wheat bread instead of maida ordinary sandwich bread. the preservation, nutrition and calorie seem to attract a wider scope not only in hospitals but also in menu driven high profile foods available in packets as well as in hotels. the awareness of diabetes, mal nutrition, drinking of oxidised water all these are even known to middle class educated mass. therefore, why not concentrate more on dietetics and be a consultant to a five star hotel to introduce diet rich foods at low cost which is not available. a salad costs rs 40/- and a good raitha costs a plate the same in hotels. please think about this aspect. creativity at first may be costly but the seed shall germinate for generations to come! hit the limelight please!!
