There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.

I love answering this kind of question! TRUE LOVE:
unconditional love
respect at all times/comes natural
never passing judgment on each other
accepting each other for their faults/ over looking them
doing all you can to please your spouse and never aspect anything in return.
Love in our home is so beautiful, we love so deeply with compassion.
everyone has there own idea about what true love is to them.
These are just a small amount as to how I feel about true love and it's just my opinion. this works in my marriage.

True love means being perfectly imperfect together. You have your issues and he has his, but you work together to make your relationship work. True love never dies, it might take a break, but it will aways be brough back together by fate.
