There is a babe I admire. I want to attract her towards myself. How best can I do it.

Babes are used to attention...so all that frantic waving and Could-i-buy-you-a-drink gimmicks wouldn't help much. In fact she might be immuned to all the other tricks from the other guys as well.
The last thing babes want is a guy who tries too hard. Just be yourself, go up to her calmly and say hi. And don't be too showy.
Truth is, babes do have a sense of insecurity too...they just don't exhibit it openly, that's all. Who knows, she'd be the one in jitters when you approach her!

Does she even know you exist? If not then you have to attract her attention. The best thing is to do something that will make her laugh, but not think that you're stupid.
Once you have her attention, just be around and continue being the guy who makes her laugh without being stupid. She'll love you in no time. I'm not saying it's easy, but it's always worth it.
Oh ya, and be yourself, as long as you are witty and friendly.

A tale as old as time. Girl likes guy. Guy doesn't know how to get the girl to like him. Have a way with words? Try that. Talk to her. Casually. Try not to choke. You have to get a base before you can build. Make her an acquaintance, and from there, I think things will take off. Good luck to you!

First get drunk, I loose what few inhabitions I have when I'm drunk.
Second use every bad pick up line you can think of
thrird end up going home with some ugly and/of fat chick

Work out a lot, joke a lot, but do not go out of your way to do stuff with her. The worst thing you can do is appear desperate.
Working out is key, it will make you more confident, feel better, look better, etc.

Don't bother. If she is attracted to you, she already knows it. She knew it with in five minutes of meeting you. All you can do is ask her out. If she says yes, she was attracted to you. If no, then you're out of luck buddy.

simple be respectful of the woman she is be yourself and treat her like a lady and not just a conquest to put another notch in your head board and if it's meant to be you wont have to attract her to you because shell already be there
