What about a chicken casserole. Buy some cream of chicken soup, and some either precooked chicken or just slice up some chicken breasts, and mix it together. Pour into a casserole pan, top off with stuffing, and parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until stuffing is soft and everything is warmed. Really simple, and easy but so good. Can be made in little indvidual servings if you have mini pie pans instead, and you can even freeze them. . . .

This is the best recipe...so easy to make and works with all types of meat.

Mustard, Mayonnaise (optional), Soy Sauce, Diced Garlic, and pepper. Mix it all together (not too much soy sauce or it will be too salty) and slop it onto chicken, beef, fish, pork, ANYTHING. You can marinade it for a bit or just throw it into the oven or frying pan and cook the meat. That's it...soooo simple and sooo good. Eat with rice or french fries from the oven.

OR

Instant Ramen Soup with mushrooms and ham. Right before taking it off the stove, crack an egg insode for a thicker soup. Excellent!

These are all super easy:

Taco Macaroni

Prepare 1 package macaroni and cheese

Prepare taco meat according to taco seasoning packet directions

In casserole dish, layer macaroni and cheese, then taco meat; repeat layers
You can top with crushed tortilla chips if you want

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
--------------------
Simple Pasta Salad

Add to cooked Rigatoni pasta:

Grape tomatoes
Chopped cucumber
Red onion, chopped
Yellow bell peppers, chopped

Toss vegetables with pasta. Pour zesty Italian dressing over salad ingredients. Add cracked black pepper and parmesan cheese to taste.
-----------------------------
Busy Day Cobbler

1/3 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup milk
one large can sliced peaches with liquid
1/4 cup additional sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon

Melt butter in 8 by 11 inch baking dish. In bowl combine flour, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and milk. Pour over butter but do not stir. Over this pour sliced peaches (liquid included, but not all of it - I usually leave about 1 inch of liquid in the can, if you pour in all the liquid, it's too much)
Sprinkle peaches with additional sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Good served warm with ice cream.

Pampered chef has a great few books that will help... i don't know if they still have the kids book, but they have one that's just on quickmeals for the busy family, and most of them are simple enough WITH PICTURES for kids to learn how to do... i learned off of them, and now i'm in culinary school, so i guess it paid off :) tell her to keep it up and if she likes it that she can do it as a career... cooking for yourself is a valuable skill...
