Trimming your hair is a very important factor in hair health and growth. When you continue to trim your hair every 4-6 weeks, it takes the damaged ends off. In taking the damaged ends off, you are creating a better platue for hair to grow. Therefore, the hair will grow quicker and more freely with regular trims.

Trimming all your split ends of your hair make it a lot healthier and it doesn't stop your hair from growing.

No, the ends of the hair are actually dead, not living. Maybe scalp massage could stimulate hair growth but not cutting. Cutting does make your hair appear thicker however

No, but it keeps the split from extending up the hair and weakening it further.
