Usually foreplay first, but that depends on what you call foreplay. For some people it's as simple as some kisses or caressing in public. For others it's more drawn out. There's also the 'quickie' when both of you are ready 'right now'. Sex is way too varied to be tied down to a set pattern.

Foreplay is the way to go before you get into sex as it makes it a lot longer and enjoyable to have with your partner.

Most of the time foreplay first, but sometimes there's nothing like both being overcome with passionate desire. It's not often, but it happens.

Foreplay can be the best part of sex , afterplay is what I realy enjoy but I can't get my wife to go again with me ! Still looking and hopeing for that second round !

There is nothing better than foreplay. but yes it also depends upon the mood and how u been prepared - there are times when a quickie is good enough.
