Sorry, no quick fix here. You can use abreva, a product designed for the treatment of cold sores, but the best I can suggest is that you ask the photographer to air brush the photo so the sore doesn't show.

Idea 1: Don't go to school, and make up for it when you come back if u can. If it's a class photo its not going to be too hard to hide with makeup or something. (you haven't said whether you're a boy or girl)
Idea 2: Some schools let you submit your own picture, which you could do later.
Idea 3: Choose someone elses answer.

try to pop it,
there is not much you can do I am soo sorry
That happened to me once, The picture still looked fine. But If you really want it gone. Try putting some cover up on your face It typically works. You also could try putting lipstick and lipgloss on it see what that does. Also you could try not to worry about it. You could just have the rest of yourself looking alright and it shouldnt matter too much
Good Luck

Go to your local Drug store and ask them for this treatment called medex (the blue one) and it would help heal the sore

DO NOT POP! ABREVA is the answer! You can apply it when you first get a tingling signaling a breakout. Get some now it will help.

There's not much you can do other than edit the photos after they are taken.
