It really depends on my comfort level with the person/people conversing. If its people I know well, I will contribute my opinion/suggestion. However, if I just met you, I will only answer when spoken to directly.

If I know the person well I talk too much, and if I don't know them very well I only talk when asked questions. If I'm mad or something I also talk less...
