women are very superficial, and whether they like to admit or not, they like the sex, money and power.

u need to be polite like opening doors and saying hi often. also talk to her and get to know her. some contact with your hand on her sholder a little shove helps depending on how uptight she is.show suttle signs u like her. good luck
