I am 18, 4'11, and weigh 44kg. Is that too much? I have been going to the gym for about 5 months now...I run every other day, what else can I do?

Thank you for all of your answers. And to answer the questions as to why I did not write my weight in pounds, is because I forgot I was writing in English, please forgive me.

fat is an awful term..I'm sorry you feel that way.
I did a quick calculation of your body mass index.. your weight in pounds converts to 97lbs.
Your BMI is at 19.6
Below 18.5 Underweight
18.5–24.9 Normal
25.0–29.9 Overweight
30.0 and Above Obese
you are in NO way overweight, in fact you shouldn't be trying to lose weight at all, I understand that it is hard to accept ourselves as we are sometimes but you are at a perfectly healthy weight!

So you weigh 96.8 pounds. That is a good weight. I checked on weight watchers. The min. weight for you would be 99 pounds. If you don't know how much 99 pounds is in kg type in conversion chart kg. to pounds. You will find a website that will tell you how to convert. I searched it on yahoo, but I am sure google can help just as well.
You are not fat. You are just a little under weight. I wouldn't try to put the weight on with food. Just keep working out. You will gain muscle weight instead of fat. That is the goal.

You're definitely petite. At 4'11" and weighing under 100lbs. If you're worried, there are plenty of websites that can calculate your Body Mass Index and tell you whether it is in a normal range.
Curious, why you did not use a metric measurement for both your height and weight?

If you weigh 95-100 lbs (apx 44kg) then you are close to being underweight. Thats why its so hard for you to lose bc your body is trying to stay at a normal weight.
