yes you can,,you just cant drive it,,it might be a little hard to buy a vehicle if you don't have a drivers license,,but if it was in your name before they cant say ,or do anything about it,,hope this help,s.

Yes, you can own a vehicle without having a license. But if you are caught driving it, it will eventually get you a comment on you NCIC something on the order of "License restriction, revoked. If vehicle is registered to this person, seize plates and tow." Then they call me. I make sure I have my tools with, pull the plate, hand it to the officer. Now of course the vehicle can't be picked up until they get plates.

You may own a car, even if you do not have a license. You should, however, check the laws in your local area to see if you need to maintain your registration and insurance on the vehicle, even if you can't drive it. Some municipalities call those "junk cars", and will fine you and tow it away.

Sure you can own a car without a drivers licence if not DMV are extremely dense. Licence is a previlege to drive owning a car has nothing to do with your licence because you may buy a car for show purposes not driving, or it may be a hobby working project.

yes you just can not drive the car.
A title just says who owns it. They are not going to come take your car from you just because you don't have a license. it can sit in your drive or you can have other people drive it for you.

Yes just don't drive it they are putting people in jail left and right for driving with a suspended license. I would not even worry about insuring it. Just check with your local transportation dept.
