Yes all three of mine do but my daughter is the one that it shows most. She has a maturity and intelligence level that is mindboggling at times. This was a nice question thanks for asking it!

I don't think they are acting mature, but they sure pretend to. They want to dress older, and look older, and do things that older teens and adults do. This doesn't make them mature, but it does mean they have stupid parents. If you let a 10 year old do something you did at 15, then by 15 they will do what you did at 20, and at 20 they won't have a whole lot left to experience. Some things I think need to be put off until they are older. The younger they start, the further they will go.
Example:
A 10 year old kissing and dating will be having sex at 12 or 13. That's way too young. I'm not talking about where you kiss on the cheek and hold hands at lunch and call the person your boyfriend, but real kisses and real dates. And after you've "conquered" the world of sex, then it's on to smoking, drinking, and drugs.
Why do I think this? Because kids want to rebel against their parents. It's natural. When they get tired of the same old thing, they want to try something more, bigger, badder... After awhile, they start to run out of things to do because they get bored with the same old stuff. So the novelty of going to the mall without parents and only your friends wears off and starts to get boring. Now it's time for something more exciting. Like sneaking a smoke/drink. When that gets old, it's time for something new, maybe sex in the backseat of your car. Or smoking something more illegal than cigarettes.
I'm not saying all kids do this. Don't think I believe all kids are bad, or irresponsible, or have parents that don't pay attention. I've just seen a lot of it where I live.

nowadays aaaah! i think kids just act there generation compared to the past.
to consider a number of aspects say beauty & style during the past
it could be time waste according to my point of view which u also have to consider , even hair pomade say were limited 4 our grandmums .today u find over athousand companies manufacturing cosmetics if kids do nont act there generation whom do u expect to consume all that.
TO consider more nowadays kids are more exposed to all sources of the mature class say u there (pliz only under 18) u are connected , i mean on internet u can browse to any destination on the web if not serious.
pertaining cash money kids can own lumpsum money with less responsibility hence careless spending on cigars, girlfriends clubbing investing and other stuff u can name as it is out there."little man"

Kids nowadays talk big and act bigger.
But when things come down to the wire, they can't back up their words with real action. Which probably is a good thing, considering how aggressive and vulgar they act towards each other nowadays.

I don't think you can judge them as a whole.... they are all individuals. I know some incredibly mature kids, and I also know some spoiled rotten kids who will probably never grow up.

Kids today act like little brats. They are spoiled, they are rude. They want everything for themselves. They do not want to share.
Parents today are afraid of their children or they are afraid their little darlings might not like them if they discipline them.
When I raised my kids they knew how to behave, especially in church and restaurants. Now my grand kids do whatever they want and their parents are afraid to touch them or yell at them.
I spanked my kids and they behaved. They do not hate me now and they are in their 30's.
