Make a "THINGS TO DO LIST"every day. On mine I add everything (job wise) that I do. Mark them off as they are done and add more as you think of them. This helps you to feel more productive. There will always be jobs that you do that aren't on the list. By adding them you will see how productive you are at the end of the day.
This helps you to have a starting point each and every day. Some things are urgent and must be done today. Somethings must be done by a certain day so they can wait a little. But stay on course, this will help..
My husband is a monster procrastinator, not really lazy. But he just always believes jobs take no time to accomplish and he can to it when he wants to.
So I can appreciate your problem!!

i agree with commentor #1--i also have the same problem as you..i have depression, so it is hard for me to get up and go sometimes. however, i am also a wife and a mother, so sometimes i have to just forget about my problems and keeping going because others depend on me.
i have been getting into my old hobbies again(soapmaking, handpainting tshirts, sewing, dyeing fabrics, etc.) and decided to turn it into a business. so far things are slow, but it still gives me something to do during the day.
perhaps you have a hobby you could profit from? it is something to think about.
also, i just got my first dog(1 1/2 year old yellow lab) and he definitely keeps me from being lazy! i always have to take him outside, feed him, give him water, and ultimately play with him! it's a lot of fun, and i can say i'm never bored with him.
good luck. :-)

Find some motivation, a cause to care about! Get involvedin something you care about. If you don't care about what you're doing, of course you'll be lazy. You just need to find some motivation!

Find something that motivates you. At least you know that you are lazy that is a start.

Find a passion. Once found, you will not have the word "laziness" in your dictionary!
