As one of earlier answerer said - it in between three words are not making sense. However will try to translate and you can figure which one is correct depending on context:

- Friend, we saw it unnecessarily (baja)

- Friend, we saw a brave (Janbaanj)

- Friend, we hummered it (Baja)

Before I answer I should ask you if you are entirely sure if this is what was said because it doesn't make total sense. Can ou give me the context in which it was said and maybe I can tell you correctly.
Yaar - my friend
humne - we
ja - ??? could this have been "kya" meaning what
baja - instrument (but it cud be a slang)
dekha - saw/ have seen

My friend, what a thing we have seen!
