i don't truly know, but I will give you a true fact about america. In the US, the suicide rate is higher than the homicide rate.More people comit suicide than are murdered. And the majority of that group are native americans. Now, why would they go to a dark place if a dark place drove them to suicide?I have come to learn, know, and accept this.Thier ancestors never forget them. And there is no where existant in thier culture nor belief that they must accept jesus as thier lord and savior. There is more than one heaven out there and this is the GOD'S honest truth. It is just the owners of them do not have the same character, beliefs, nor actions as jesus. They know the repracutions of unleashing thier power and knowledge on earth. That is why most spiritual and religous men and women meditate so much. They learn submission.Coversing with the mighty heavens which are people.I am not telling you to commit suicide at all.Stress is an inevitable part of life.I am just saying that jesus is just one heaven. As moses(pbuh) is another. And don't listen to all of that christian talk. That might be the only religion on this planet that aknowledges there is only one heaven. And the one that spreads like a plague.Killing cultures and people by the masses.JUST AN HONEST OPINION.BYE LOVE!

Honestly, this is a subject that has held more debate religiously than any other.

Personally I believe that suicide is the only unforgivable sin. Why you ask?

Because you can't ask forgivness BEFORE committing a sin, it just doesn't mean anything to do that.

and you can't repent after you're dead so...

How can you ask forgivness if you're dead
and how can God forgive you if you give up on the life you were given and say by your drastic actions that His grace was not good enough? That His Son died for nothing.

I think suicide is basically spitting in the face of God.

That is why I believe (although we never do know for sure) that it is the only unforgivable sin.

The belief is ver Catholic in it's mythology so I do tend to be skeptical because if Christ died for our sins and God is Omnipotent and Omnpresent then He KNEW what you would do BEFORE He sent His Son to die...

It is a little bit of a debate but you know what? In the end, I decided to believe it, because the fear of it, kept me from doing anything stupid many, many times is my past. I believe that even if the Bible is a total load of crap and all the atheists are right... Even still, what is the harm is believing something that serves your life and keeps your spirit and your heart happy and ALIVE to see hope come to fruition? How can the belief in anything that serves you well be considered a bad or incorrect thing no matter what you call it?

I feel the same way you do quite often... God said.

"Come unto me all who are burdoned and heavy laden for I will give you rest."

"I will hide you in the shadow of my wings."

"I will hedge my angels around you"

Read the Psalms if for no other reason, you will find King David lamenting and in pain and suffering, crying out to God to heal His heart and fix his very dark tendencies. He was a bit of a
Goth-esque drama queen before it was ever fashonable...

Who knows where we end up? The fact is though that we don't have to learn the answer to that question. The world itself is not a dark scary place - as much as it can seem to be sometimes. It is actually a greatly beautiful world, and we have only one chance to be here and to see it.

I really don't know what you're going through, but you have to know that all things do pass - yes, our lives too, but long before that, whatever pain you are feeling will pass. Try to remember what's good about the world. and try to believe that, if you hang on, you will see better days. Everybody always does.

Who knows what awaits us after we die? But the fact is that it will come sooner or later - let's hope that it comes as late as possible and you'll have plenty of years to enjoy the happiness in the world that maybe you can't find right now.

Chill out. You'll be in a box buried someplace. Maggots will make sure you become a nice skeleton and there you shall stay, but you won't know it, right along with all the others.
You won't even find out if anyone misses you!
Life is an adventure. Stop thinking so much and just do anything. Anything is better than giving up the short time you have on this planet. Take up sky diving or basket weaving.

Committing suicide is a sin, you could end up in a worse place. It would be better for you to seek God. Pray right now and ask God for guidance, repent of your sins. Repenting means to completely turn around away from your sin, and go the opposite way, the way of God. Judas committed suicide and never repented and is probably in hell today. You are going to hear alot of stuff on this site, be very careful. Choose wise counsel. Do you have a Bible? Read it, meditate or ponder on it, pray. God gave us this wonderful gift, don't throw it away. Think about your life, what is wrong with it. How do you think you could make it better? First start with some simple things. 1. Go to the doctor, get a check up tell him how you feel. 2. Find a fundamental Bible believing church (phone book to start). 3. Tell the Pastor of the Church how you are feeling, and ask if he counsels or if he can refer you to one. 4. Realize your need for salvation, ask yourself if you are a sinner and if you died right now, where would you go. Without a savior, you would be in hell. Read what the Bible describes about hell. If you are already saved, then there is some sin in your life you have not dealt with. Suicide is unacceptable. You will have to answer to God for doing that. Please look to God! God Bless You!

Then...aren't you already IN a dark scary place? don't know what lies beyond this life, but I do know that one of my best friends in all the world went through with it and killed himself, cos he too was in a place where his head was totally screwed up.

I also know that everyone who knew him misses him every damn day, and neither he nor you can tell what life might hold for you. I've been to the brink myself, and didn't do it. And I'm sooo glad I didn't.

There might well be a dark scary place after death. There might be nothing whatsoever. All I know for certain is that THIS place right here doesn't have to be dark or scary. And it won't be, always. the trick is to keep breathing. Stay - you never know what fun there might be in store for you down the line...

When people die they don't come back to tell people about it. There is no coming back.
If you have issues, then I would suggest trying out a different part of the world. Not way far in another country, but get out of the environment that is screwing with your head. If you can't do it physically then daydream. Hey it's worth a try before the taking the "last Jump".
I am for making your own decisions though. But remember this, others may not understand why may choose the choice you make. Your disappearance may make it harder for others to bear, and "screw" up their life.
Think carefully about this and good luck!
PS I get out of this world often. I daydream about better things. But I still have to return back to reality. Daydreaming is like my little vacation.

If you don't know Christ as Lord and Savior of your life and you commit suicide then you end up in hell when you die. However, why commit suicide when you know there is hope and joy in the Lord Jesus Christ. Pray and ask Christ into your life and make Him Lord and Savior of your life. From that point on, grow closer in your relationship to Jesus Christ and spending time in God's Word every day, spend time in prayer each day, and ask God to reveal what His will is for you. If you are struggling a lot with suicidal thoughts, try to seek help from a Christian counselor or a psychiatrist.

NO, I think you end up in the bosom the Lord where you will have the chance to hear His Gospel and keep on progressing in the Spirit World. Please seek some advice from a trusted adult, and remember you are a child of God and you have a purpose on this earth. I wish you well.

I believe if you commit suicide, you will come back with the same problems un-resolved. you are put on the earth to achieve something, or to learn something, and until you do, you will repeat the lessons no matter how many lives it takes. You need to look at why you want to take the easy way out; how many ppl will you hurt by taking your own life? I don't want to live anymore, but I have family and friends that care about me and I do not want to hurt them by taking my own life. Think of someone besides yourself. Please email me so we can talk.
