What is your problem? Is it illegals crossing the southern border? You wanna close the southern border? Go ahead, that won't stop illegals that cross the northern border and come in through the shores. Maybe illegals aren't your problem, but mexican illegals. If it was all illegals, then you would agree to sealing all the borders not just the southern border. If all illegals were your problem then you would not say things suchs as illegals go back to mexico. Or why can't mexicans reform their government. If illegals were your problem, then you would never mention one specific nationality when refering to illegals.

you make a good point ese, Why do the majority of the peeps in here only talk about the Mexican illegals? is it because they are our neighbor to the south or are they racist who have nothing better to do than start arguments.? On the news they are constantly talking of illegals entering the united states, now a majority do come in from the Mexico side but they're are those that also come in from the Canadian side and over seas along our shores. If we want to really keep everyone out, let,s seal all borders, call up the coast guard have them send all the ships back to where they came from. Have the president send out an official letter to all countries and let them know that flights into and out of the united states are no longer allowed. Lets take the declaration of independence throw it away, and the statue of liberty, we can send back to France. lets do away with everything this nation was built on. we wont need it anyway. and one more thing.. that wall we,re building on the southern border.. lets just go ahead and stretch that sucker out all around the united states.Keep everyone out and that way we can all be happy here living in our own secluded little world.

If there were upwards of one million Canadians pouring across our northern border every year, I'd be the first one screaming that we should close the border. However, that isn't the case. Amazingly enough, when the Canadian government needs reforming, the Canadian people don't run across the American border, stealing American jobs, and sucking the American social services dry at the expense of the American taxpayer. They stay and fix their problems. The Canadian government doesn't encourage it's citizens to illegally enter the U.S. and send what money their people do make back to Canada. That's why we don't prioritize the northern border for closure.

Unfortunately, Mexico and it's people cannot say the same.

Also "ese" most of us want to seal both borders and if have to start then would with mexico since we have about 5,000,000 mexican side illegal crossings to every Candian illegal crossing so it has to do with fixing the biggest leak 1st.

One more thing. Since the demonstrations had Mexican flags hung over upside down American flags then yeah that points our interest to the ungrateful, disgusting lawbreakers who say Mexico should take over the western US. You've got a great point,Homie :-).If we want to stop ALL illegal entry into the USA,well,we need to seal all the borders,not just Mexicos.The people you are talking about are the racists who think all illegals are mexican.If you are brown,you are mexican.If you speak spanish,you are mexican.Man,it does get old.And the bad thing is : if you are brown and speak spanish you are automatically an Illegal Mexican.Thats unfair.

The truth is,there are many different nationalities that are illegally here.But if you are brown,it's an automatic "illegal" stamp on your forehead.

We want ALL illegals to be deported regardless of where they came from.

The 2 main reasons much of the discussion on here refers to "south of the border" illegals are that #1 at least 70% of the illegals come through the southern border and #2 the Hispanic marchers brought the spotlight directly on themselves. They made it about them, we did not.

Also, many of the questions are by Latinos who are asking "Mexico Specific" questions...therefore the answers are "Mexico Specific."

You said the key word. "Illegals" It is against the law for them to be here. I nor you can go to any other country in the world and work without a visa or passport, so why should we allow it in ours? Now with that said, I personally feel the current employers should be given 90 to 180 days to document their workers with the INS on a sponsership program. Those that don't should be fined heavily, that would ease the work load on the government to get the millions documented and allow those that are hard working non-violent immigrants to continue with their current job.

They should just rename this part of Q&A Mexican immigration because thats what people here have a problem with. I personally would rather see a radical latino group here than a radical group like al quida. Not that I'm against all muslims I'm not and no I do not advocate radical Latino groups. DUDE THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE ILLEGALS ARE COMING FROM MEXICO. NOT TOO MANY CANADIANS ARE CROSSING THE BORDER. THE MAJORITY OF THE CRIMES COMMITTED BY ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE COMMITTED BY MEXICAN ILLEGALS. ALL WE ARE SAYING IS TO GO THROUGH THE PROPER CHANNELS IF YOU WANT TO COME INTO THIS COUNTRY.
