However, Satan - Lucifer use to be like the lead angel back in the day but he rebelled and became Satan. But oftentimes we hear about Gabriel through the Bible so probably he took the place that Lucifer use to occupy.
Who knows for sure, if we are faithful we will make it to heaven and all will be revealed.

Depends on which angels you are referring to....
Satan rules the wicked angels that decided to worship him instead of God...they are called demons.
Jesus rules the righteous angels...they are in subjection to Him.
PS...However, soon, Jesus will destroy Satan and all his demons, so ultimately, Jesus has all Authority over all the angels...good or bad!
