I am mixed and I dont want to marry a nappy headed guy and wash away my beautiful mixture so I olny date guys with pretty hair. All of my ex- boyfriends have dated me because of my hair and they told me the same thing that they dont like nappy girls. It is like how "some" Asians dont date out of their race.

Maybe. It just means you have a type. My type is dark hair, dark eyes, and makes me laugh. I dont date outside that type. So your not WRONG exactly.... You just have your own type. Thats all.

Nothing wrong with your preference. What you like is what you like. Someone has made you feel guilty about this or you wouldn't have asked the question. Don't second guess yourself and what you consider to be attractive. Its not vein...you just like what turns you on. There is a lid for every pot. You just don't like nappy lids. Ha!!!

it isn't wrong to date guys who are mixed. it is wrong to date guys just because they're mixed or just because they "have pretty hair". and it's wrong to love your children any less if they come out looking not as good as you want them to, for example, "nappy headed".
why are you talking about having kids anyway? you're just dating!
and btw, not dating people because of their race and looks, that's called RACISM and PREJUDICE- things that you don't have to be white to be guilty of (believe it or not).

Marry a white or Italian guy and you'll have beautiful children, no redheads!. I know two beautiful mixed people who both have great hair and they had a kid who is as black as Wesley Snipes, hair and all. Who will be beautiful too, but he doesn't look white at all.
