According to the e-mail I received from South West Airlines this the e-mail that they sent me. http:www.southwest.com/travel_center/ retrieve Check in Doc.html?scr=reciept.
I tried to retrieve it, but nothing happened.

Just bring your ID to the airport and collect your boarding pass there.

Make sure that you use IE when accessing Southwest's website. It has issues with other browsers. Also make sure that the website is NOT in the restricted zone on the Security tab in IE Properties.

Yes. www.southwest.com. If you check in early enough, you'll get a boarding pass with a big A on it. That'll let you board the plane early and you can pick a nice spot.

If you go to southwest.com you can check in online. There is a travel center page that will allow you to put in your confirmation number and name (within 24 hours of your flight) and print out your boarding pass. Good luck.
