I'm serious about this question. Is it normal for a 14 year old girl to have one brest smaller than the other or is this a sign of something?

I'm not a doctor, but I can tell you that neither women or men are perfectly symmetrical. There is almost always a slight variation in breast size, but it's usually not noticeable and certainly not a cup size difference.

If it's only slight, you are perfectly normal. If it's significant, you may want to schedule an appointment with your doctor.

I teach doctors... is that OK? I think it makes my advice a little better.

You are a normal girl. NOBODY has 2 breasts exactly the same size. I tell my students that if there are 2 breasts exactly the same size and shape, you know immediately that they had augmentation surgery.

Don't worry about it. I am sure you are a beautiful girl and will grow into a beautiful woman. Have a good life.

I'm a doctor...

It's completely normal, no woman's breasts are ever the same size, and the difference in size can be more marked during puberty when the breasts are developing. If there is a big difference it will usually settle down as you get older, but as I say - no woman's breasts are the same size...

I am a nurse but I can tell you that it is very normal. I believe approx. 80% of women have somewhat different sized breasts. My own are symmetrical, but I fall in the minority there. Don't worry, you're fine!

It's perfectly normal to have breasts that aren't exactly the same. About the only way to get identical breasts is to have surgery and even then, they don't always turn out exactly the same.
