"Ten cuidado" means "Be careful"
"carnia" doesn't exist in Spanish. Are you sure about the word? The only one I find similar is "cariño" which would be pronounced as "carinio" more or less, in that case it meas "dear", so, it would be translated as "be careful, dear"

"Carnia" is not in the dictionary (Real Academia de la Lengua Española)

Maybe it is a regional word, a new slang or something from a very specific place. Or maybe you just got the spelling wrong.

In Spanish it doesn't make sense, unless you are trying to say, "Ten cuidado, cariño?"

In that case it means, "Be careful, love."

Assuming you mean 'cariño', the phrase would be "Be careful darling/honey".

My guess is that you mean: "¡Ten cuidado, cariño!".
If so, it means "Be careful, darling!".
