Most refrigerators work by sharing the cold from the freezer with the refrigerator compartment. There will be access opening where the cold comes through from the freezer to the fridge. Could this be iced over, or covered by some food product? Unplugging the fridge, and giving it a thorough cleaning in both the fridge and freezer sections may help. If it doesn't I suggest a repairman.

You may have condensation build up, which freezes, in the vent that blows the cold air into the cooler section and surrounds the insulation keeping it cool. Best bet to fix if this problem is to put all frig and freezer items in coolers with ice, and then unplug the frig for a few days. You will know I was right when there is water collecting on the floor, underneath because it has melted and swanped the drip pan. It may also have frozen one of the lines and this should clear it as well. After at least two days, plug it back in and a couple hours later you will know for sure. If it still isn't working at that point you will need to call a repair man or buy a new one.

On the back of the fridge are some coils. Make sure those are clean. Pull out your fridge and clean underneath, if there is stuff under there it will make it harder for the fridge to work. Also, keep the milk on the top shelf by the freezer for now, it will keep it colder. If none of this helps you're going to have to call a repaiman

Don't worry about it. Put your food in the freezer instead.
