It is tough man. I am 32 and still working on it. I think the key is confidence.. Just keep working at it, baby steps if need be. Just be sure not to turn into one of those guys that are asses to woman. Fine line between confidence, and *********. Keep working at it....you'll get there.

Force yourself to talk to women, be around new groups of people, etc. Confidence is the key to success... :)
